  • Venue Partners: Necessary logistics (name and dietary needs) are shared with our hospitality partners (e.g., Château Neercanne).

  • Trusted Service Providers: We use secure third-party tools for P&L management, email, and web hosting. They are contractually bound to GDPR standards.

  • Legal Requirement: We will only disclose data to authorities if legally compelled to protect the rights and safety of Gravitas Nexus or its members.

5. Data Security and the "NDA Culture"

Beyond standard technical measures (SSL encryption and access controls), we implement a Culture of Confidentiality. All strategic data discussed or provided for a "Peer Audit" is protected by a multi-party Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed by every participant and facilitator.

We retain your data only as long as necessary:

  • Strategic Data: Deleted 12 months after the session unless you choose to remain in our active network.

  • Tax Records: Retained for 7 years as per Dutch law.

  • Marketing: Until you withdraw consent for our leadership updates.
